音楽を使った空間デザイン。

2020年12月にグランドオープンした「福井銀行本店ビル」2Fのカフェ「THREE TIMES COFFEE」の音楽。

​

「交差点」を楽曲コンセプトに、さまざまな人たちが行き交うカフェを、3つの異なる音楽を抽象画のように重ねて表現。

 

オープンチューニングのギターや、マリンバ、コンガ、サックス、ピアノなどを使用し、カラフルで落ち着いていて、少し異国のような雰囲気を目指した。

また、「#1」「#2」「#3」を2F各所に設置した小型スピーカーから再生。3曲は、尺は異なるも調性が同じため、常にズレながらも重なり調和し、音楽に向かって歩き出したくなるような「居る場所によって聴こえ方が変わる、グラデーションのような音楽空間」を作った。

Music for cafe "THREE TIMES COFFEE" on 2nd Floor of "Fukui Bank Head Office Building" which wad grand opened in December 2020.

Based on the music concept is "Intersection".

We express the bank and cafe where various people come and go using 3 different songs superimposed like an abstract painting.

Using open-tuned guitars, marimba, conga, saxophone, piano, etc., we aimed for colorful, calm and slightly exotic atmosphere.

​

Also, "#1", "#2" and "#3" are played from small speakers installed in various places on the 2nd floors.

​

The 3 songs have different length but the same tonality, so they always overlap and harmonize with each other, creating "A gradation-like music space that sounds change depending on where you are" that makes you want to walk toward the music.
