​

複数の音楽/スピーカーを使った空間デザイン。

六本木ヒルズ森タワーの屋内展望台、東京シティビューの音楽。
 

音楽のコンセプトは「天文」「宇宙」「星」。
イベントコンセプトや装飾デザインなどから着想を得て、6曲制作。

東京の絶景と共に星空の下にいるような、この場所ならではの音楽を目指した。スカイギャラリー1・3の各所から流れる6種類の楽曲がズレ続けながらも空間で混ざり合うことでひとつの音楽を形作る。

＜#1＞
シンセサイザー、アコースティック/エレクトロニックギター、ピアノ、シンセベース、クラーベ、ウドゥ、ウインドチャイムなどを使用。星雲を音楽で表現。宇宙空間に漂うような、浮遊感を感じられる楽曲。

 

＜#2＞
クラリネット、マリンバ、シンセサイザー、エレクトリックピアノ、バイオリン、パーカッションなどを使用。星々が瞬いているようなイメージを音楽で表現。即興演奏の和音進行をベースにした、点在する音が明滅しているような、淡く幻想的な楽曲。

 

＜#3＞
ピアノ、バイオリンを使用。星々の煌めきをピアノの短いフレーズにディレイやリバーブをかけて表現。また少しドラマティックなコード進行を使用することで、宇宙の神秘性やダイナズムを感じられる楽曲。

 

＜#4＞
バイオリン、エレクトリックギター、ピアノ、パーカッションなどを使用。展望台のパノラマビューを音楽で表現。スカイギャラリー2から3への空間的な広がりを活かした、徐々に視界が開けていくような開放的な楽曲。

 

＜#5＞
スティールパン、シンセサイザー、ピアノを使用。流れ星をイメージしたスティールパンのモノトーンのフレーズと、銀河の複雑な動きをイメージしたシンセサイザーの音色を組みわせた、銀河の謎を想起させるミステリアスな楽曲。

 

＜#6＞
アコースティックギター、環境音（焚き火の音）を使用。中世の夜に、草原で天体観測している様子を音楽で表現。アコギの和音、ハーモニクスを組み合わせたシンプルで没入出来るような楽曲。

Music for Tokyo City View, the indoor observation deck in Roppongi Hills Mori Tower.

The music concepts are "Astronomy", "Space" and "Stars".

Inspired by the event concept and decorative design, six pieces were composed.

​

The aim was to create music unique to this location, evoking the sensation of being beneath a starry sky alongside panoramic views of Tokyo. Across Sky Gallery 1 and 3, six different tracks play from various points, continuously drifting out of sync yet blending together in the space to form a single evolving piece of music.

The instruments are synthesizer, acoustic/electric guitar, piano, synth bass, clave, udu, and wind chimes. The music expresses a nebula, creating a floating piece that evokes the sensation of drifting through space.

 

<#2>
The instruments are clarinet, marimba, synthesizer, electric piano, violin, and percussion. The music expresses the image of twinkling stars, using improvised chord progressions to create a faint, dreamlike piece where scattered sounds flicker in and out.

 

<#3>
The instruments are piano and violin. The music expresses the sparkle of stars through short piano phrases enhanced with delay and reverb, combined with slightly dramatic chord progressions to evoke the mystery and dynamism of the universe.

 

<#4>
The instruments are violin, electric guitar, piano, and percussion. The music expresses the panoramic view from the observation deck, creating an open, expansive piece that gradually unfolds, making use of the spatial transition from Sky Gallery 2 to 3.

 

<#5>
The instruments are steelpan, synthesizer, and piano. The music combines monotone steelpan phrases inspired by shooting stars with synthesizer textures evoking the complex motion of galaxies, resulting in a mysterious piece that suggests the enigma of the cosmos.

 

<#6>
The instruments are acoustic guitar and environmental sounds (crackling fire). The music expresses the image of stargazing on a meadow at night in the medieval era, creating a simple and immersive piece using acoustic guitar chords and harmonics.
