​

複数の音楽/スピーカーを使った空間デザイン。

六本木ヒルズ森タワーの屋内展望台、東京シティビュー「天空の歩き方」の音楽。
 

音楽のコンセプトは「世界の絶景」「天空都市」「南半球の星空」。

イベントコンセプトや装飾デザインなどから着想を得て、10曲制作。

​

マチュピチュやメテオラ、シーギリヤ・ロックなど、各国の天空都市を旅しているような、この場所ならではの音楽を目指した。スカイギャラリー1～3（MONOWITのエリアを除く）の各所から流れる10種類の楽曲がズレ続けながらも空間で混ざり合うことでひとつの音楽を形作る。

＜#1＞

ピアノ、パーカッションを使用。上昇気流に乗っているようなイメージを音楽で表現。無重力感のある、奥行きや広がりが感じられるような楽曲。

＜#2＞

ピアノ、クラリネット、ソプラノサックス、オルガンを使用。ピアノのディレイを効かせた短いフレーズ、逆再生させたクラリネットを組み合わせた、東京の夜景のイメージした浮遊感と煌びやかな雰囲気の楽曲。

＜#3＞

エレクトリックピアノ、アコースティックベース、ピアノ、パンフルート、パーカッションなどを使用。空中をゆるやかに舞っているようなイメージを音楽で表現。ロマンス感のある、ゆったりとした雰囲気の楽曲。

 

＜#4＞

アコースティックギター、クラリネットを使用。ヨーロッパの民謡を思わせるようなギターの即興演奏と、クラリネットとオルガンの伸びやかなフレーズを組み合わせた、天空都市の田舎町の情景をイメージした、異国情緒溢れる楽曲。

クラシックギター、マリンバ、ドラム、クラリネット、スティールパンを使用。ギターのアルペジオが中心のマチュピチュの夕暮れをイメージした、幻想的で物悲しい楽曲。

＜#6＞

シンセサイザー、エレクトリックギター、スティールパン、クラリネットなどを使用。流れ星をイメージしたスティールパンのフレーズ、少し陽気なシンセサイザーのリズムで、南半球の星空と東京の摩天楼の煌めきをイメージしたオリエンタルな雰囲気の楽曲。

クラリネット、バイオリン、アコースティックギター、カリンバ、環境音などを使用。天空都市を鳥瞰的に見ているようなイメージを音楽で表現。鳥の声のようなピッチベンドのフレーズや高音を強調した和音を組み合わせた、飛翔しているような雰囲気の楽曲。

アコースティックギター、ハープ、パンフルート、チャランゴ、パーカッションなどを使用。揺らぎのある軽やかな弦のフレーズと優美な雰囲気の和音を組み合わせた、少し神秘的で浮遊感のある楽曲。

パンフルート、チャランゴ、バイオリン、スティールパン、パーカッションなどを使用。アンデス音楽の要素を活かしつつ、現代的に再構築した。広大な自然の中にいるような楽曲。

＜#10＞

フルート、アコースティックギター、コンガ、鈴などを使用。アンデス音楽の要素を活かしつつ、現代的に再解釈した。マチュピチュの上空を飛んでいるような浮遊感のある楽曲。

​Spatial design using multiple music/speakers.

Music for "TENKUU NO ARUKIKATA" at Tokyo City View, the indoor observation deck in Roppongi Hills Mori Tower.

The music concepts are "Spectacular Views of the World", "Sky Cities" and "Starry Skies of the Southern Hemisphere".

Inspired by the event concept and decorative design, ten pieces were composed.

 

The aim was to create music unique to this location, as if traveling through sky cities around the world such as Machu Picchu, Meteora, and Sigiriya Rock. Across Sky Gallery 1–3 (excluding the MONOWIT area), ten different tracks play from various points, continuously drifting out of sync yet blending together in the space to form a single evolving piece of music.

The instruments are piano and percussion. The music expresses the sensation of riding an updraft, creating a piece with a sense of weightlessness, depth, and expansiveness.

​

<#2>
The instruments are piano, clarinet, soprano saxophone, and organ. Short piano phrases with delay and reversed clarinet textures are combined to evoke the floating, glittering atmosphere of Tokyo’s night skyline.

 

<#3>
The instruments are electric piano, acoustic bass, piano, pan flute, and percussion. The music expresses the feeling of gently drifting through the air, creating a relaxed piece with a sense of romance.

 

<#4>
The instruments are acoustic guitar and clarinet. Improvised guitar passages reminiscent of European folk music are combined with flowing clarinet and organ lines, evoking the image of a rural town in a sky city and creating an exotic, atmospheric piece.

​

<#5>
The instruments are classical guitar, marimba, drums, clarinet, and steelpan. Centered on guitar arpeggios, the music evokes sunset at Machu Picchu, resulting in a dreamlike and slightly melancholic atmosphere.

​

<#6>
The instruments are synthesizer, electric guitar, steelpan, and clarinet. Steelpan phrases inspired by shooting stars and a lightly cheerful synthesizer rhythm evoke the starry skies of the Southern Hemisphere and the glittering skyscrapers of Tokyo, creating a piece with an oriental atmosphere.

The instruments are clarinet, violin, acoustic guitar, kalimba, and environmental sounds. The music expresses the image of viewing a sky city from a bird’s-eye perspective, combining bird-like pitch-bend phrases and high-register harmonies to create a soaring atmosphere.

The instruments are acoustic guitar, harp, pan flute, charango, and percussion. Gentle, wavering string phrases and graceful harmonies are combined to form a slightly mysterious, floating piece.

​

<#9>
The instruments are pan flute, charango, violin, steelpan, and percussion. Drawing on elements of Andean music while reconstructing them in a contemporary way, the piece evokes the feeling of being surrounded by vast natural landscapes.

​

<#10>
The instruments are flute, acoustic guitar, conga, and bells. Incorporating elements of Andean music in a modern reinterpretation, the piece creates a floating sensation as if flying above Machu Picchu.​
